➡Day 1:

 After picks ups, Start travelling towards Bhandardara.

We will take half an hour break at a food court on the way around 1.00 PM

Start travelling towards Bhandardara to reach around 5.30 PM.

Check in to the camp site, and enjoy the sunset at the campsite

7.30 PM: Enjoy the starters provided at the camp site.

8.30 PM : Start jungle trail to see the Fireflies.

10.30 PM: Comeback and have dinner, and enjoy the bonfire and games at the campsite.

➡Day 2:

8.00 AM: Wake up and freshen up.

8.30 AM : Have breakfast and tea.

10 am: Start the journey back to Pune.

We will take half an hour break at a food court on the way around 1.00 PM

6 PM: We will reach back to Pune.

People travelling in their own vehicle need to reach the campsite at 5 PM.

🏕️ Stay Details:

• ⛺ Tents provided with foam mattress, pillow, and blanket
• 🧍‍♂️ Single-sharing tents available at an extra ₹500
• 🌧️ In case of bad weather, stay will be shifted to homestay/dormitory/shelter shade depending on availability
• 🔌 Electricity availability depends on MSEB supply; occasional power cuts are possible

🏡 Room Option (on request):

• 🛏️ Basic village rooms available at ₹800 extra per person (subject to availability)
• ❄️ AC rooms (if available) may be located slightly away from the campsite
• 🚻 Attached toilets may/may not be available

• 📍 Located in a tribal (Adivasi) area, please cooperate and respect the local lifestyle

✨ Nature and Fireflies:

• 🐞 Fireflies sightings depend on natural conditions
• 🌦️ You may see thousands or very few — factors like rain, wind, heat, and humidity are beyond our control

⚠️ Important Information

🕐 Pick-Up Timing:
• The bus will wait for 10 minutes at each pick-up point.
•  If you miss it, the bus will move on without you, and no refund will be provided.

🪑 Seat Allotment:
• Seats are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Seats will only be reserved in health emergencies (vomiting, injury).
• Want a specific seat? ₹100 extra will be charged.

🩺 Medical Conditions:
• Any health issues must be informed in advance.
• Participants are responsible for their personal health.

🌦️ Weather Conditions:
• Weather is unpredictable.
•  In case of rain or bad weather, itinerary/accommodation may change. We will provide the best alternative possible.

✨ Fireflies Viewing:
• Viewing requires a 500–800 meter forest walk.
• Not suitable for those who face difficulty walking.

🎯 Focus of the Event:
•  The main attraction is Fireflies Viewing, not luxury camping.
•  Please don’t book if you’re looking for comfort-focused camping.

🎒 Personal Belongings:
• Your baggage and personal belongings are your responsibility.
• Organizers are not liable for any loss or damage.

🙋‍♂️ Behaviour and Conduct:
• All participants must behave respectfully and responsibly.
• Disruptive behavior = removal without refund.
• Public alcohol, cigarette, or substance use is strictly prohibited.
• If consumed privately, it's at your own risk. Organizers are not liable.

🚯 Waste Management:
• Carry your waste back with you or dispose of it in designated areas only.
• A fine of ₹500 will apply for violations. Let’s protect the environment.

🌿 Respect for Nature and Monuments:
• Do not pluck flowers or disturb plants.
• No teasing or feeding animals/birds.
• Do not scribble on or damage monuments.
• Any violations will result in a ₹500 fine.

👥 Group Participation:
• Stay with the group at all times.
• Deviating without leader’s consent = you are no longer part of the group.

📍 Drop-off Location:
• Drop-off is the same as your pickup point.
• You may exit at a convenient point along the route, the vehicle won’t detour.

🕕 Drop-off Time:
•  Expected arrival back in Pune by 6:00 PM (subject to traffic).

📱 WhatsApp Group & Communication:
• You'll be added to a WhatsApp group 24 hours prior to the event.
• Pickup time, bus number, tour guide contact, and tracking will be shared.
• Any updates after that should be communicated directly with the tour guide.

🚌 Pickup Locations:
• Final locations & times will be shared one day before the tour.
• Times may vary; not all pickup points may be required.

📵 WhatsApp Calls:
• WhatsApp calls are not entertained due to possible lack of internet access.

📶 Connectivity:
• Bhandardara has limited network connectivity. It may not be available at all times.

💳 Payment Policy for Tour Bookings

1. 🔒 Advance Payment

An advance payment of ₹2000 is mandatory to confirm your seat.
Bookings without this advance will not be considered valid.

2. 📞 Availability Confirmation

Before making any payment, please inquire about seat availability.
Payments made without prior confirmation may lead to forfeiture of your advance.

3. 💰 Remaining Payment

The remaining trip amount must be paid in full at the time of boarding the bus.
Failure to do so will lead to cancellation of your booking with no refund.

4. 👤 Tour Leader's Discretion

If full payment is not made as required, the tour leader reserves the right to discontinue your participation in the tour.
No refunds will be given in such cases.

🔄 Booking Transfer

• Can't attend? You can transfer your booking to someone else by informing us at least 24 hours prior to the event.
• No refunds will be issued for date changes or cancellations due to:

• 🚫 Heavy rain or flood conditions (Act of nature)

• 🛻 Personal Vehicle breakdowns

• 🚦 Traffic delays in your home city

• 🏥 Personal medical emergencies

🗓️ Cancellation Timeline & Refunds

• Cancellation between 4 to 6 days before event date:
  ✅ 50% refund of booking amount or carry forward for the next event with HFT

• Cancellation within 3 days of event date:
  ❌ No refund

• No-show or cancellation within 24 hours:
  ❌ No refund

🚨 Event Cancellation by Organizers

If the event is cancelled due to:

• 🌧️ Unavoidable weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain)

• 🏛️ Government restrictions

• ⚠️ Emergencies

➡️ You will receive either a full refund or an carry forward for the next event with HFT.

⏳ Refund Timeline

If applicable, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after confirmation of cancellation.
