Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar – Explore Tulip Garden
- Morning:
- Arrive at Srinagar Airport. Transfer to your hotel or houseboat.
- Check-in and freshen up.
- Afternoon:
- Visit the Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden, Asia’s largest tulip garden, located at the foothills of the Zabarwan Range. Enjoy the vibrant colors of over 1.5 million tulips in full bloom.
- Stroll through the garden and capture stunning photos.
- Evening:
- Take a Shikara ride on Dal Lake. Enjoy the serene beauty of the lake and witness floating gardens and local life.
- Return to your hotel or houseboat for an overnight stay.
Day 2: Srinagar to Gulmarg – Day Trip
- Morning:
- After breakfast, drive to Gulmarg (approx. 2 hours, 50 km).
- En route, enjoy the scenic views of meadows, pine forests, and snow-capped peaks.
- Afternoon:
- Arrive in Gulmarg and take the Gondola Cable Car (Phase 1 or Phase 2, depending on weather conditions) for breathtaking views of the Himalayas.
- Explore Khongdoor Range and enjoy activities like snowboarding or skiing (if snow is still present).
- Visit the Gulmarg Golf Course, one of the highest green golf courses in the world.
- Evening:
- Return to Srinagar by evening.
- Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 3: Srinagar to Sonmarg – Day Trip
- Morning:
- After breakfast, drive to Sonmarg (approx. 2.5 hours, 80 km).
- En route, enjoy the stunning views of the Sindh River and lush green valleys.
- Afternoon:
- Arrive in Sonmarg, also known as the "Meadow of Gold."
- Visit Thajiwas Glacier (you can hire a pony or trek to the glacier).
- Enjoy the breathtaking views of snow-clad mountains and pristine streams.
- Take a leisurely walk along the Sindh River and soak in the natural beauty.
- Evening:
- Return to Srinagar by evening.
- Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 4: Srinagar Local Sightseeing
- Morning:
- Visit Mughal Gardens: Start with Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh, and Chashme Shahi. These gardens are in full bloom during spring and complement the Tulip Festival.
- Explore Pari Mahal, a historic garden with panoramic views of Srinagar.
- Afternoon:
- Visit Shankaracharya Temple for spiritual vibes and stunning views of Srinagar.
- Explore local markets like Lal Chowk or Badshah Chowk for Kashmiri handicrafts, shawls, and souvenirs.
- Evening:
- Enjoy a traditional Kashmiri Wazwan dinner at a local restaurant.
- Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 5: Departure from Srinagar
- Morning:
- Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at your hotel or houseboat.
- Depending on your flight schedule, you can visit Dal Lake again or explore local markets for last-minute shopping.
- Afternoon:
- Transfer to Srinagar Airport for your departure
- 45 days or more: 30% cancellation charges of the tour cost
- 10-30 days: 50% cancellation charges of the tour cost
- 0-10 days prior to the event date: 100% cancellation charges of the tour cost
No show No Refund if cancelled/modified on event date.
If incase HFT cancels the trip due to any Unforeseen Emergency/Political/
Any Cancellation charges incurred by the flight/train agencies, HFT will not be responsible.
