➡01 Day : Bagdogra to Phuentsholing
Bagdogra Pick up to Phuentsholing and night stay. (Distance – 160kms. ; Driving Time – 04hrs. )
Pick up from Bagdogra, meet and greet on arrival time and night stay Phuentsholing.
➡02 Day : Phuentsholing to Thimphu night stay.
(Distance – 180kms. ; Driving Time – 06hrs. )
Morning after Breakafst and after processing permit you will drive to Kharbandi Gumpa/ Milerapa Lhakhang & Drive through spectacular mountain views and peaceful countryside to Thimphu, The capital of Bhutan via Gedu, which is located about 9000 ft above the sea and stopover for photo session at Wankha Waterfalls and on arrival at Thimphu, check in at hotel and Overnight stay in hotel.
➡03 Day : Thimphu Sightseeing night stay.( Full Day Sightseeing )
Morning go for a full day local sightseeing tour of Thimphu including visit - SIMTOKHA DZONG, BUDDHA POINT, SIMPLY BHUTAN, break for lunch, TAKIN RESERVE CENTER and view point from where you can see (TASHI CHHOE DZONG, SUPREME COURT AND SAARC CONFERENCE HALL) AND CENTENERARY FARMER`S MARKET, If interested stroll around the city in the evening. ➡04 Day : Thimphu to Dochula Punakha Sightseeing Punakha night stay.
( Distance – 70kms. ; Driving Time – 03hrs.)
Morning drive to Dochula pass (3,150m) that heralds the most enchanting views of Bhutan.Later drive to Punakha visit Chimmi Lakhang ,PHO CHU & MO CHU River, Punakha Dzong and Suspension Bridge. Overnight at hotel in Punakha.
➡05 Day : Punakha to Phobjikha (Gangtey) side seen And back Punakha night stay.
(Distance – 80kms. ; Driving Time – 03hrs.)
Morning Transfer to Phobjikha Valley, Vast U-shaped glacial valley Visit Gangtey Gompa / Phobjikha (3,000m/9,845ft): Another highlight of Wangdue is the beautiful Phobjikha Valley or “The Valley of Black Necked Cranes”. This valley is the winter home of Black Necked Cranes (BIRD) that migrates from Tibet. This valley is one of the most beautiful and scenic ones in Bhutan.
On the slope overlooking the valley is the Gangtey monastery built in 17th century and is one of the oldest and biggest monasteries of the Nyingma (Red Hat Sect) school of Buddhism & Back to Punakha & Over Night Stay Punakha
➡06 Day : Punakha to Paro and Sightseeing night stay Paro.
( Distance – 140kms. ; Driving Time – 06hrs.)
In the morning drive to Paro through the Wangchu river in the valley floor through the suburbs and villages of Thimphu to arrive at the river confluence of Chuzom, a hub of road network going to Paro, Haa and Phuentsholing. From Chuzom following Pa Chu river upstream passing Tachogang temple on the other side of the river and visit NYA MEY ZAM BRIDGE, RINPUNG DZONG and TIGER NEST VIEW and Overnight stay at hotel in Paro.
➡07 Day : Paro to Tiger Nest Trekking and back to Paro Night stay hotel (Full Day)
Taktsang Monastery: Bhutan’s most iconic landmark and religious site. Taktsang monastery is also known as “The Tiger’s Nest Monastery”. This temple clings impossibly to a sheer cliff face 900 meters above the Paro Valley. Taktsang Lhakhang is located approximately 10 km north of Paro town at an altitude of 3.120 m. To reach the temple visitors must trek for around 2-3 hours through beautiful, shady pine forests. No trip to Bhutan would be complete without a visit to this stunning heritage site. Overnight hotel in Paro.
➡08 Day : Paro to Chalela pass and HA Valley and drop to Phuentsholing and Night stay.( Distance – 180kms. ; Driving Time – 06hrs. )
Haa Valley & Che-le-la Pass sightseeing today after breakfast. Haa Valley, just 30 km away from Paro, is one of the most beautiful valleys in the country. Surrounded by mountains and vast grasslands, it attracts countless tourists. During your journey to Haa valley, you will also explore breathtaking Chele la pass which is located at an elevation of 3988. Enjoy breathtaking view of Mount Chomolhari and JichuDrakey. After a half day excursion to Chalela pass and Ha Valley, Drive back to Phuentsholing.

➡09 Day : Phuentsholing to Bagdogra drop,

🔸Room Allotment:
Rooms will be allotted on a sharing basis (as per package—twin for couples/triple sharing for solo travellers/family). Any specific room preferences are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
🔸Room Option (on request):
If you are not comfortable with room sharing, you may request a separate room at an additional cost of ₹1500 per night, subject to availability. Kindly inform us in advance to make necessary arrangements.
🔸Room Sharing Arrangement:
Rooms will be allotted on a twin or triple sharing basis as per the package. In triple-sharing rooms, one mattress will be provided on the floor, and this arrangement is final.
Request for extra beds instead of mattresses will not be entertained.
🔸Room Allotment is Final:
Rooms will be allotted by the tour organizer based on the group composition. No changes or swaps will be allowed at the time of check-in.
🔸Accommodation Changes:
In rare cases, hotel names or locations may change due to unforeseen reasons. Equivalent or upgraded alternatives will be provided if needed.
🔸Electricity availability depends on MSEB supply; power cuts possible sometimes.
🔸Food:
Simple, homemade village food prepared by local families/hotels. It’s authentic and much loved, but please keep your expectations realistic.
Train Booking & Journey Rules
🔹IRCTC Seat Allotment:
Seat allotment is done by IRCTC based on availability. Tour organizers have no control over berth positions (upper/lower), coach placement, or group seating.
🔹Booking Confirmation:
Train tickets are booked only after receiving the required advance payment from the traveller. Bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
🔹PNR Status:
Tickets may be waitlisted, RAC, or confirmed(Communicated at time of booking) based on IRCTC rules. Final status will be shared prior to the journey. Travellers are advised to check PNR status regularly.
🔹ID Proof Requirement:
It is mandatory to carry a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Aadhar card, PAN card, driving license) while travelling by train.
🔹Train Timings & Platform:
Train schedules may change at short notice. Travellers are responsible for verifying train timings and platform details closer to the departure date.
🔹Boarding Responsibility:
Travellers must board the correct train on time. Missing the train is the traveller’s responsibility; alternate arrangements will not be provided by the tour organizer.
Flight Booking & Journey Rules
🔹Booking Process:
Flights will be booked only after receiving the full payment or as per the agreed milestone.
Passenger details (as per valid government ID) must be submitted accurately during the booking process.
Once the ticket is issued, no name changes or corrections are allowed as per airline policies.
🔹 Cancellation & Refund Policy
Flight cancellations are governed strictly by the airline's policy. Our agency has no control over the refund amount or timelines.
In case of a tour cancellation, the flight ticket cost is non-refundable unless covered under the airline’s refund terms.
Any refund (if applicable) will be processed as per the airline’s terms and timeline (usually 7–21 working days).
🔹 Changes & Rescheduling:
Date changes or rescheduling are subject to airline rules and fare differences, payable by the passenger.
Our agency may charge a service fee for rebooking or rescheduling assistance.
🔹Baggage & Check-in:
Baggage allowance, check-in rules, and meal inclusions depend on the airline and fare class.
Please check the airline's website or contact us for accurate details before travel.
🔹Flight Check-in
Flight check-in (online or at the airport) is the sole responsibility of the traveller.
We recommend completing web check-in (if available) 24–48 hours prior to departure to avoid last-minute issues.
Please ensure that you carry valid ID proofs and necessary travel documents as required by the airline

🔹Luggage Handling:
Travellers are responsible for their own luggage. It is advisable to travel light and secure all belongings during the journey.
🔹Food & Water:
Carry sufficient snacks and water for the journey unless meals are specifically mentioned in the package.
🔹Cleanliness & Discipline:
Maintain cleanliness in trainsand flights and follow railway/airline rules. Any fines or penalties incurred due to misconduct will be the traveller’s responsibility.
🔹Delays & Disruptions:
Train delays due to weather, technical issues, or other reasons are beyond the control of the organizer. No compensation will be provided in such cases.

⚠️Medical Conditions:
Any health issues must be informed in advance. Participants are responsible for their personal health.
⚠️Weather Conditions:
Weather is unpredictable. In case of rain or bad weather, the itinerary may change. We will provide the best possible alternative.
⚠️Personal Belongings:
Baggage’s and personal belongings of the participant’s is his/her responsibility.
Event Organizers shall not be liable for the loss/damage of the same.
⚠️Behaviour and Conduct:
All participants must behave respectfully and responsibly during the tour. Disruptive behaviour may lead to removal from the tour without a refund.
The consumption of alcohol, cigarettes or illegal substances is prohibited publicly during the event. If you choose to consume alcohol or any substances in private, you do so at your own risk and responsibility. The event organizers will not be held liable for any consequences arising from such actions.
⚠️Waste management
All tour participants are expected to carry their waste back to the city or dispose of it only in designated dustbins. In a collective effort to protect the environment, event organizers will impose a fine of Rs. 500 for any violation of this rule.
⚠️Respect for Nature and Monuments:
Do not disturb plants, pick flowers, or create bouquets from wild flora.
No teasing or feeding animals and birds.
Do not deface or damage monuments by writing or scribbling on them.
Any violation of this rule will be fined for Rs 500/-
⚠️Group Participation:
All participants must stay together with the group. If anyone deviates from the group without the leader’s consent, they will be considered independent and will no longer be part of the group.
⚠️WhatsApp Group & Communication:
You will be added to the WhatsApp group 3 Days prior to the event. Important details such as train time, meeting point, Tour Leader contact, will be shared in the group. Once the tour Leader's contact is provided, any changes or updates should be communicated directly to the tour Leader.
⚠️WhatsApp Calls:
WhatsApp calls will not be entertained by the tour Leader, as they may not have internet access at all times.
⚠️Connectivity:
Indian Sim cards do not operate in Bhutan, you need to use the local sim card provided to make calls and use data
⚠️Documents:
It is the traveler's responsibility to carry all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, ID proofs, permits, and any supporting documents as communicated by the agency.
Happy Feet Travelers (HFT) will not be held responsible if a traveler is denied a visa, boarding, or entry due to missing, expired, or incorrect documents.

Payment Policy for Tour Bookings
- Advance Payment:
An advance payment of Rs. 15000 is mandatory to confirm your seat for the tour. Without this advance, your booking will not be considered valid. - Availability Confirmation:
Before making any payments, please ensure you inquire about seat availability for the tour. Payment without prior confirmation of availability may result in the forfeiture of your advance. - Remaining Payment:
The remaining balance of the trip must be paid in full before 15th Aug 2025. Failure to make the full payment at this time will result in the cancellation of your booking, and no refund will be issued under such circumstances. - Tour Leader's Discretion:
If the remaining payment is not made as required, the tour leader reserves the right to discontinue your participation in the tour, and no refunds will be provided.

Train Ticket Refunds:
- Train tickets are booked through IRCTC and are subject to IRCTC’s cancellation and refund policies.

- Happy Feet Travelers is not responsible for the refund amount or processing time of IRCTC tickets.
