*Day 1: 11th April : Bagdogra to Gangtok*

Once you reach the NJP/Bagdogra, you will be received by our representative with a warm welcome. He will drive you to Gangtok. Check in at the hotel. Freshen up and take some rest. Remaining day at leisure.

In the evening, you can visit the MG Marg, the main street of Gangtok. (Vehilce will drop you near by, as MG road is a waking street, with no parking nearby). Overnight Dinner and stay at the hotel.

 

 

*Day 2: 12 April : Gangtok to Tsomgo Lake with Baba Mandir (and Nathula paas if open)*

Get ready for an exciting day today! Start the early morning at around 8 am to reach the pristine Tsomgo Lake located at an elevation of 3750 m and is around 3-hour drive from Gangtok. It is an irresistible waterbody which owes its charm to the snow-covered mountains and wild flowers in its surroundings. It is considered sacred by Hindus as well as Buddhists. In winter it gets frozen and in spring it comes back to life with blooming flowers in its surroundings.

After enjoying yourself at the Lake, drive to Baba Harbhajan Mandir which is dedicated to a brave Indian soldier, Baba Harbhajan Singh who sacrificed his life while performing his duty. Later visit Nathula Pass on the same day .Nathula Pass is a great destination for adventure and mountain lovers as it is one of the highest motorable passes in the world. It is also an old trading border post connecting Tibet and India.

After completing the excursion, go back to the hotel in Gangtok. Remaining day at leisure. Stay overnight at the hotel.

(In case of land slide or any other reason, the Tsomgo lake is closed, we will provide alternate sight seeing, Nathula paas is optional, we will visit if weather condition and army permissions allow)

 

*Day 3: 13 April: Gangtok Sightseeing*

After a delicious breakfast, embark on a journey to explore the famous attractions of Gangtok, the capital city of Sikkim. Located at an elevation of 1,650 m, Gangtok is also the gateway to Sikkim. First, visit the Bakthang Waterfalls which is quite wide and a great spot to take photographs. Next, you head to Tashi viewpoint for capturing far-reaching views of Mt.Kanchenjunga, the third highest mountains in the world.

 

This point is also known for great sunrise views. Then head for Ganesh Tok, the Charming Hindu temple with mesmerizing hilltop views. After this, visit the Enchey Monastery which is believed to be the home of the protecting deities, Khangchendzonga and Yabdean. Enjoy a cable car ride on the Ropeway and catch the bird’s eye view of the surroundings.

 

Other Gangtok attractions to be covered are Directorate of Handicraft and Handloom, Do Drul Chorten Stupa, Institute of Tibetology, Flower Show, and Banjhakri Falls. After sightseeing, drive back to the hotel. Stay overnight at the hotel.

 

*Day 4: 14 April : Gangtok to Lachen*

After and early breakfast, we will proceed to Lachen, the route minders through small villages with valleys upto forest grove of Kabi Langchuk. Shinghik comes next with its promises of one of the most glosrious view of Kanchenjunga. Situated at an alltitude of over 4000 ft, Singhick offers a desired break to the travellers on the way to Lachen. Visit Chongthung, the Confluence of Lachen Chu and Lachung Chu (River) and Vimnallah waterfalls on your way to Lachen. Reach Lachen, check in, Have dinner and rest for the night.

 

 

*Day 5: 15 April : Lachen to Lachung -Morning Excursion to Gurudongmar lake*

Early morning drive trough Thangu Village, a remote high altitude village of Tibetian Nomads. From Chopta valley drive another 30 Kms to Gurudongmar lake, Close to Tibet border, one of the highest and biggest fresh water lake in Sikkim. After visit to Gurudongmar lake, get back to Lachung, have lunch and proceed to Lachung.
Check in and overnight stay in Lachung.

 

*Day 6: 16 April : Lachung to Gangtok -Morning Excursion to Yumthang valley and Zero point*

Early morning, drive through Yumthang valley, And alpine flower valley with a backdrop of snow clad mountains in North Sikkim. Enjoy the landscapes and hot spring (Depends on weather). Drive further to visit Zero Point, close to Tibet border (if weather allows) which is one of the highest motorable road in Sikkim. The valley is covered in snow during January to March and with Rohodendron During April and May. Come back to Lachung, Have lunch and proceed to Gangtok.
Check in to the hotel, have dinner and Rest.

 

*Day 7: 17 April : Gangtok to Pelling via Ravangla Big Buddha and Namchi*

After having breakfast, move towards Pelling via Ravangla, the Big Buddha statue of Ravangla is one of the most popular tourist destination in South Sikkim, and also offers a unmatched view of the Greater Himalayas. Later will visit Namchi Chardham temple, which is a major tourist spot and pilgrimage temple, as it has replica of the Chardham temples of India, along with 87ft tall Shiva statue.
Over night stay at hotel in Pelling.

 

*Day 8: 18 April : Pelling Sightseeing with Skywalk*

Early morning treat your eyes with a beautiful view of the mountains, Darap village, Pema Yangste monastery is one of the oldest monastery in Sikkim. Rimbi waterfalls and kechopalri Lake, Kanchenjunga waterfalls, also visit the Chenrizig statue and sky walk of Pelling.

Come back to hotel, have donner and stay.

 

*Day 9: 19 April : Pelling to Darjeeling and Darjeeling sightseeing*

After breakfast, start your journey to Darjeeling, the Queen of Hills. Once you reach Darjeeling, our representative will assist you to check in at the hotel at Darjeeling. Second half of the day we will proceed to sightseeing of Darjeeling like Himalayan Mountaineering institue, Zoological park, Tibetian refugee center, Japaneese Peace Pagoda, And tea garden along with Tenzing rock.

End your day with a dinner and rest for the night.

 

*Day 10: 20 April : Darjeeling to NJP*

This day will bring you a great experience as you explore the famous attractions of Darjeeling. It is a dreamy destination located at an elevation of 2,042 meters in West Bengal. Today start early in the morning at around 4 am to visit the famous tourist destination of Darjeeling- Tiger Hill. It attracts visitors from far and wide for its breathtaking views of the sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga. It is the highest point in the town.

 

Next, visit Batasia Loop, a spiral railway track in a picturesque location, and Ghoom Monastery. Have breakfast on the way to the next attraction-the Japanese Temple. It is a revered pilgrimage of Buddhist known for its exquisite Japanese architecture.

 

Will come back to hotel for breakfast, check out and proceed towards Bagdogra airport/Jalpaiguru Railway station marking the end of the tour.

We will reach Bagdogra/Jalpaiguri around 12-1 PM.

If incase HFT cancels the trip due to any Unforeseen Emergency/Political/Environmental reason, full refund of tour cost shall be provided in 2-5 working days.
Any Cancellation charges incurred by the flight/train agencies, HFT will not be responsible.
