2. Cancellations and Refund Requests

3. Refund Eligibility

4. Cancellation Timeline and Charges

The refund amount depends on when the cancellation is made:

  • 45 days or more: 30% cancellation charges of the tour cost
  • 10-30 days: 50% cancellation charges of the tour cost
  • 0-10 days prior to the event date: 100% cancellation charges of the tour cost

Please note that certain services may have unique cancellation and refund policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

No show No Refund if cancelled/modified on event date.

5. Processing Time

6. Force Majeure and Unforeseen Circumstances

If incase HFT cancels the trip due to any Unforeseen Emergency/Political/Environmental reason, full refund of tour cost shall be provided in 2-5 working days.
